We've all been in this big city before, but not under these circumstances. The Cricket II had never been to NYC or Jersey City so it provided a rare opportunity to document her with some notable landmarks and international icons of the United States Of America. We all hit the deck with cameras and issued strict orders to shoot everything on site. At the time we rolled into town, plans were to fuel up, repatch the manifold ... again and leave in the morning for Montauk. However, Co-Producer, Bert Pence, called enroute from Barnegat Light and informed us he'd set up a meeting with New Line Cinema regarding the series so we'd be spending at least a few extra days here.
